Job Title: Homecare Nurse

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Homecare Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children with various disabilities in their own homes.

About the Role:

  • Providing one-on-one care and support to children with disabilities
  • Assessing and meeting the individual needs of each child
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans
  • Working closely with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Current registration with NMBI (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland)
  • Experience working with children with disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
