Quality Assurance Expert

This organization is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality of our products and processes in a fast-paced multi-national company environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintaining and updating QMS documentation/records/systems
  2. Driving process efficiency and resolving issues
  3. Conducting internal audits and reporting on results
  4. Analysing and implementing manufacturing and business process improvements
  5. Assisting engineering teams with product/process verification
  6. Running CAPA systems and related tasks
  7. Leading quality problem investigations using proven quality tools
  8. Managing and coordinating quality-related projects
  9. Providing quality support to operations and leading root cause driven approaches to problem solving

As a Quality Assurance Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality controls for new and existing products, working individually and within teams on various Quality improvement and efficiency projects, and providing ongoing communication through reports and information transfer as needed.

Requirements:
  • Proven self-directed, self-motivated and able to prioritize and resolve competing priorities
  • Strong team member with ability to identify and drive quality improvements
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good investigative and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Decision making capability coupled with ability to work independently and proactively
