Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Support Specialists to join our team in providing person-centered care services to individuals with disabilities. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality support and making a positive impact on people's lives.

The role of the Support Specialist is multifaceted and requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a willingness to learn. You will be responsible for supporting individuals with daily living tasks, creating personalized plans, and fostering meaningful relationships that promote independence and dignity.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support or a related field. Experience in working with individuals with disabilities is essential, as is a full manual driving license and a strong commitment to personal and professional development.

In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary range of €15.91 to €18.49 depending on experience, plus additional benefits including premiums paid on unsocial hours, career opportunities, and induction training via our comprehensive academy program.
