Job Overview

The role of Visual Lead is a pivotal position within our retail teams, responsible for delivering a consistent and elevated customer experience in store. Working closely with the Retail Team, this individual will play a crucial role in shaping the store environment to meet the needs of our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about visual merchandising and has a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be expected to drive the development and behaviors of the consumer's needs through visual merchandising, innovating and leading with creative visual solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visual Merchandising Expertise: Develop and implement visually appealing store displays that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the Retail Team to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising strategies.
  • Store Environment: Drive a consistent store environment that reflects our brand values and meets the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Communication: Act as the main point of contact for Area VM Manager and report directly to the Store Manager and management team.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to re-merchandise the store out of trading hours, gain knowledge of best sellers and depth of products, and elevate sales through the layout of the store.
