What you'll do:

Based in the South East of Ireland you will take ownership of the following key responsibilities:

  • Ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence at MASCOT distributors overseeing visual merchandising and product displays.
  • Drive sale growth and profitability by managing product placements and maximizing visibility at distributors.
  • Execute seasonal and promotional campaigns, handling everything from store decoration and product placement to unpacking and overall store presentation.
  • Foster strong relationships with distributors and their sales team, ensuring seamless collaboration and ongoing engagement.
  • Track and report on performance, managing tasks and execution through CRM systems, while actively participating in workshops and sales meetings.

What you bring:

Along with being a reliable and outgoing individual, you also bring the following qualities:

  • Relevant education in decoration and a minimum of 2 years of experience with Visual Merchandising.
  • Detail-orientated with a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Adaptable in fast-paced environments and comfortable with working under pressure.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, building positive relationships with colleagues and distributors.

As our new colleague you will get a competitive base salary and uncapped commission based upon all sales in Ireland and Northern Ireland –we work together as a team. There is also a target related quarterly bonus and a company pension scheme. The position includes a fully expensed company vehicle for business and for private use up to 30.000 km per annum.
