At Reiss, we are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience through our visual merchandising teams. As a Visual Lead, you will play a crucial role in elevating the store appearance and adjusting merchandising standards according to seasons and changing markets.
This role involves working closely with the Retail Team to deliver a consistent and elevated Reiss experience in store. You will work with guidance set by HO VM Team and Area VM Manager, adapting according to seasonality and product package to deliver the best customer experience possible.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of creative and commercial aspects of visual merchandising and be able to demonstrate these within a store environment. Proven experience supporting a team and delivering training is also essential. Additionally, the ability to utilise reports to drive sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong team mindset are highly valued.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and behaviours of the consumer's needs through visual merchandising, innovating and leading with creative visual solutions, and driving a consistent store environment that is first and foremost driven by the customer needs. You will provide the main touchpoint for Area VM Manager from a VM perspective, reporting directly to the Store Manager and management team in store.
