HR Officer Job Opportunity

This is a challenging role for an experienced HR professional to manage and develop our employee base.

  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including interviews, onboarding, and induction of new employees.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, ensuring that employees are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough HR audits to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with senior managers to identify training needs and develop staff development programs.
  • Design and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a HR Officer.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and labour relations.
  • Experience with HR information systems (e.g. performance management software).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
