Job Title: Commercial Manager

The ideal candidate will be a senior quantity surveyor with extensive experience in main contracting in Ireland. They must have familiarity with contracts and knowledge of current construction law.

This is a key position within the management team, responsible for commercial management and procurement. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience and will be able to progress to a commercial director level.

  1. A degree in quantity surveying or an equivalent qualification
  2. Previous experience in main contracting in Ireland
  3. Familiarity with contracts and knowledge of current construction law
  4. Extensive experience in commercial management and procurement
