Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee landscaping and construction projects.

  • Supervise daily site operations for residential and commercial landscapes and constructions.
  • Coordinate and direct field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Read and interpret project plans and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Communicate with clients and project managers to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical or logistical challenges as they arise.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in landscaping and construction, in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong understanding of materials, installation techniques, and site preparation practices.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive work ethic.
