Role Overview:
  • Serve as a Community Rehabilitation Liaison, forming partnerships with local organizations to enhance services and promote social inclusion.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing strategies to address barriers to community participation.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with acquired brain injury.

Essential Requirements:

  • A relevant Health or Social Care qualification to a minimum QQI Level 5 standard
  • Experience working in community-based services or similar roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
