Role Overview:- Serve as a Community Rehabilitation Liaison, forming partnerships with local organizations to enhance services and promote social inclusion.
- Contribute to developing and implementing strategies to address barriers to community participation.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with acquired brain injury.
Essential Requirements:
- A relevant Health or Social Care qualification to a minimum QQI Level 5 standard
- Experience working in community-based services or similar roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Salary range from €29,417 - €42,311 DOE
