Large Language Models (LLM) require high-quality training data to improve their performance. We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Content Specialist to create, assess, and refine pairs of questions and answers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Annotate Data: Accurately and consistently annotate data adhering to predefined guidelines.
  • Evaluate Quality: Evaluate the quality of existing data resources and machine learning classifiers.
  • Develop Guidelines: Develop, implement, and maintain guidelines for consistent, high-quality classification and content creation.
  • Basic Research: Perform basic research to annotate accurately.
  • Provide Feedback: Provide feedback on annotation tasks and contribute to process improvements.
  • Research New Categories: Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate has previous experience in fast-paced, high-pressure roles and is client-oriented, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive, and motivated to improve LLMs.

Required Competencies:

  • High proficiency in Vietnamese and English (C1 level minimum).
  • Undergraduate university degree with diverse representation across required domains.
  • Understanding common social norms.

Other Required Competencies:

  • Ability to reference online resources and write cohesive, accurate responses.
  • Experience with data and trend analysis, and insights.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple activities simultaneously.
