Career Growth Asset Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated consultant to join our expanding team. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to and support various client engagements, helping drive project team success within the asset and project management space. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in asset management within financial services sector, helping them optimise asset management processes and improve operational efficiency to drive impactful change across the industry.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver and manage projects across various key areas.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with key asset management regulations such as SEC rules, MiFID II, or equivalent regional compliance standards.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and regulatory changes in asset management and financial services.
• Understand asset management, banking and financial needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet these needs, providing an exceptional client experience in line with their requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation including, but not limited to, Project Plans, Reports, RAID Logs, Status Updates, etc.
• Participate in workshops, interviews, and data collection exercises with clients.
• Support senior management in overseeing and executing project delivery.
• Identify growth opportunities and support business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.
• Facilitate workshops to define project scopes and business requirements, ensuring outcomes are documented and shared with relevant stakeholders.
• Support and drive business development initiatives including the preparation of proposals and tenders for new client opportunities.
• Work with colleagues to ensure data integrity and regulatory alignment in business development efforts.

• Third level degree with strong academic record.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in asset management, financial services, or related consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of asset management operations, products, and regulatory environment.
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with project management tools or methodologies is a plus.
