This Full-Time Role involves specific coverage of data quality and data governance. The successful candidate will support management and oversight of data quality and data governance programs within USBE, partnering with the bank's business lines to promote effective governance, reporting processes, and controls.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support Management: Assist management in design and delivery of innovative solutions to simplify, automate, or optimise processes required for regulatory compliance and risk mitigation or oversight.
  • Data Governance: Execute and coordinate key Data Quality activities, including day-to-day analyst work for Data Quality and related programs, deep dive workshops, and engagement on emerging risks.
  • Reporting and Oversight: Develop and maintain Key Reports of the Bank, ensuring critical reports have been fully deconstructed into key business and technical elements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualifications in risk management, computer science, information management, or related disciplines.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of related experience in Operational Risk, Data Governance, or a suitable related discipline.
  • Skills: Ability to engage and manage stakeholder relationships, comfortable working as an initiative-taker, and demonstrated analytical, project management, and tactical planning skills.
