Project Development Executive

A highly skilled Site Manager is required to lead a large-scale construction project in Galway, Ireland. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering projects across various sectors, including education, recreation and leisure, residential and commercial.
- Coordinate subcontractors and control programmes to ensure timely completion of the works.
- Prepare progress reports and chair site meetings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Plan and manage site set-up, security, logistics, deliveries, and traffic management.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to adhere to the construction programme and monitor resources, labour, plant, and overheads.
- Ensure familiarity with current Health and Safety Construction regulations and compliance on-site.
- Liaise with the design team on construction issues and raise RFIs as necessary.
- Issue requisitions for materials and maintain the site diary/daily log activities.
- Monitor and control quality/work standards on-site.
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years' site management experience in any combination of healthcare, commercial, industrial, residential, or large fit-out projects.
