Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects from start to finish. This involves managing all stages of project development, from identification and planning to execution and completion.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design professionals, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Typical responsibilities include coordinating project activity, tracking progress against agreed milestones, producing high-quality reports and technical documents, and managing procurement processes.

Key Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take a leadership role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Minimum 3 years post-graduation experience in construction-related professional services
