As a seasoned project leader, you will oversee the execution of engineering projects from inception to delivery. Collaborating closely with clients and internal stakeholders, you will ensure timely completion, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams to drive project success
  • Serve as primary point of contact between clients and various engineering delivery teams
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, manage timelines, and mitigate risks
  • E nsure all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements

The ideal candidate will be based full-time in one of our offices located in Mayo.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably in an engineering or consulting environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project/Construction Management, Climate & Environmental Sustainability, or related field
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera and MS Office Suite)
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate diverse teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

  • Experience in airfield projects
  • Chartered Engineer / Chartered Project Professional
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
