Job Title: Fund Accounting Assistant
Job Description:This is an entry-level position that provides support to the financial reporting team in the day-to-day accounting of fund structures. The role involves assisting with bookkeeping, accounting matters, and other tasks related to investor reports, statutory financial statements, and audit queries.
- Assist with all aspects of the bookkeeping of funds, management companies, and associated fund structures.
- Prepare periodic bank reconciliations and provide or source supporting documentation evidencing transactions.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance and between 0-2 years' experience. They will be expected to study for a relevant professional qualification supported by the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Relevant degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance (Bachelor or Master degree).
- Between 0 - 2 years' experience.
- Sound technical financial services knowledge.
- Computer literacy skills are essential.
