Care Services Leader

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team.
As a Person In Charge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to individuals with intellectual disabilities, ensuring their needs are met and promoting their independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet service users' needs
- Taught daily living and social skills through activities and support
- Maintain positive relationships with service users and staff
- Manage residential settings and supervise staff
- Address challenging behaviors and ensure a safe environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services
Requirements:
- Degree in Applied Social Studies/Social Care or relevant qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with adults/children with intellectual disabilities
- Proven leadership skills and experience at a management level
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Full manual driving license
