Insurance Job Opportunity

This role involves engaging with clients to provide exceptional customer service as an Insurance Advisor. You will be helping clients with queries, processing policy changes, supporting renewals, and identifying additional insurance needs.

About the Position:

The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for advising and assisting clients across a range of personal insurance products (motor, home, van, farm etc.), managing policy updates and service requests, supporting the renewal process and client retention efforts, handling day-to-day admin and documentation relating to personal lines policies, spotting opportunities to offer clients other relevant insurance solutions, and maintaining compliance with internal and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advise and assist clients across a range of personal insurance products
  2. Manage policy updates and service requests
  3. Support the renewal process and client retention efforts
  4. Handle day-to-day admin and documentation
  5. Spot opportunities to offer clients other relevant insurance solutions
  6. Maintain compliance with internal and external regulations

Requirements:

  • Experience in personal insurance (motor or home insurance is essential)
  • APA qualification (or working toward it, with full exam funding provided)
  • Strong customer service ethos and confident communication skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
