Process Development Lead

This role is critical to our manufacturing operations, overseeing the development and validation of key processes in device manufacturing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive process development across equipment design, process parameters and component control.
  • Establish and implement characterization tools for medical device processes.
  • Develop and execute validation plans that meet regulatory standards.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement through experimentation and best practices.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to ensure all stakeholders are informed and supportive throughout the process enhancement journey.
  • Provide technical expertise in laser welding and soldering, guiding junior engineers and manufacturing staff.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes, validations, and compliance efforts to meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in Design of Experiments and statistical methods.
