Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Manager to spearhead our Dublin-based client's IT transformation initiatives. This pivotal role involves leading project planning, team leadership, and overseeing large-scale IT projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex IT projects, driving business growth, and innovation through technology services. Key Responsibilities:

IT Transformation Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans for transforming IT services that align with the organisation's goals.

Project Planning and Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and meeting quality standards.

Team Leadership and Development: Lead a team of IT professionals responsible for ERP System Management. Engage with senior management and cross-functional leaders to ensure IT strategies and projects align with overall business objectives.

Essential Experience: Proven experience as an IT Manager or Senior IT Leader, with a track record of successful IT transformation and project delivery. Extensive experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics. Strong background in project management, with expertise in using project management tools and methodologies. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams.

Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
