Job Title: Senior Speech and Language Therapist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical care to individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders\
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve communication skills\
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care\
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of client interactions and outcomes\
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices and research\
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery\
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations\
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues\
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and protocols related to speech, language, and communication therapy

Requirements:

  • \
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program\
  • Current CORU registration as a Speech-Language Therapist\
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with adults with speech, language, and communication disorders\
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality services and achieving positive outcomes\
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills\
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\
