Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Quality Assurance Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring and verifying the quality of our products, ensuring they meet regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine checks on product weight, appearance, temperature, and packaging integrity.
  • Perform hygiene inspections, including swab tests, temperature checks, and other assessments as required.
  • Record and report deviations from quality standards and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of HACCP plans and food safety systems.
  • Collaborate with production, hygiene, and management teams to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
Working Conditions:
  • Shift rotations may apply (morning and evening shifts).
  • Work is carried out in cold, chilled environments.
  • The role requires working under time pressure to meet production deadlines.
  • Standing for long periods and repetitive tasks are part of the job.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in food manufacturing or quality control is desirable.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality systems (HACCP, GMP).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
