Electrical Project Coordinator

About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in reviewing and assessing tender documentation, measuring from plans to produce detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and ensuring fully compliant tender returns.
- Review and assess all tender documentation, including drawings and specifications.
- Measure from plans to produce a detailed BOQ, including estimated labour hours, costs, and material costs.
- Ensure fully compliant tender returns by the requested deadline.
- Monitor the full bid lifecycle and provide project forecasting by communicating with the Commercial Manager on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Related qualification in Estimating/Quantity Surveying.
- 5+ Years experience in a similar role.
- Strong commercial awareness and a proven track record in customer relationship development.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Navisworks 3D viewer and Ensign measurement software.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
