  • The successful candidate will provide coverage in other areas as needed, collaborating with the Production Manager and Management team.
  • Effective communication with the Production Team and other functions is vital to maintaining a positive environment.
  • Overseeing product flow from inspection to shipping, ensuring documentation aligns with GMP/GDP guidelines, is also a key responsibility.
  • Participating in problem-solving and demonstrating technical proficiency are essential skills for this role.
  • Acting as the Production Manager when required is also an expectation.

Requirements:

  • A 3rd-level qualification in Manufacturing, Technology, or Quality is required, along with 5 years of leadership experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, confident and tactful at all levels.
  • Proven leadership ability to coach, assess, develop, motivate, and empower others.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to read, interpret, and write technical documents and reports.
  • An aptitude for process improvement.
  • Excellent IT skills; SAP experience is advantageous.
