Shannon, Ireland Crane Worldwide Logistics Full time

Accountable for leading, directing and managing site operations to ensure consistent high level service quality and client satisfaction, profitable cost efficient operations, and compliance with company policies and procedures and other regulatory guidelines. Maintains operating budgets for revenues and expenses and monitors compliance to contracts.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead, direct and manage site operations at all Irish sites to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at, or above the client's standards.
  • Maximize profitability through superior client service, effective and prompt communications and follow-up on all pending matters with the client.
  • Oversee daily staffing schedules, and adjusts accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives.
  • Manage revenue and expenses to budget constraints.
  • Responsible for training, development and motivation of employees to achieve peak performance and growth in their knowledge and responsibilities.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, including client invoicing and collections, as needed.
  • Process incoming vendor invoices (cost of transportation and overhead expenses), as needed.
  • Analyze market trends to further develop scalable and strategic operations practices.
  • Responsible for the execution of the applicable KPI's per company standard.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Talking, hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components.
  • Sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Walking within the warehouse and inspecting freight.

Experience and Education Required:

  • Minimum 5 years Supervisor Experience.
  • Minimum 10 years Industry-related experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED Required.
