Are you a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills? Do you have experience working in a regulated environment and proficiency in SAP?

We are seeking a Quality Material Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the processing of material dispositioned as potentially defective from Incoming inspection and production lines. You will process and maintain Quality Notifications to record the material and assist with engineering and other departments in the successful disposition of material.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the processing of material dispositioned as potentially defective from Incoming inspection and production lines.
  • Maintaining Quality Notifications to record the material and assisting with engineering and other departments in the successful disposition of material.


To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Relevant experience working in a Medical Device Manufacturing environment or similar.
  • A minimum of a leaving certificate qualification (QQI level 5) OR appropriate and commensurate experience.
  • Experience in being part of a team and working on projects with good communication skills, written & verbal.
  • Strong working knowledge / experience of general Quality administration activities including SAP with a background working in a regulated environment with tight deadlines.
