Lead E&I Construction Professional

We are seeking a senior construction professional to lead our E&I team on a Pharmaceutical project in Limerick.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery
    • Ensure timely and proper construction of the E&I scope, adhering to safety and quality standards, detailed design, control estimates, contracts, SOPs, WI's, standards etc.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Coordinate with design and client workgroup leads for timely turnover of all E&I systems and input for department development.
  • Pre-construction Activities
    • Review and liaison with design and client workgroup leads, model reviews, develop and lead constructability reviews and SOWs for trade contract procurement, support preparation of detailed BOQs, and input into CHSP, QA/TO and other general construction requirement documentation.
  • Subcontract Management
    • Manage subcontractors, ensuring safety, schedule, cost, and quality engagement with design, commissioning, and client teams throughout the project, developing best-in-class site execution SOPs as guidance to field supervisors.
  • Health and Safety
    • Comply with health and safety regulations, ensuring projects are constructed according to drawings, specifications, applicable standards, good construction practices, to schedule, and within budget.
