This partnership brings together experts in the art and science of architecture, delivering buildings that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and energy efficient.

Job Description
This role offers a unique opportunity to work across all stages of multiple residential projects from initial design through to delivery on site and final handover. Key responsibilities include:
  • Site Analysis and Sketch Design & Presentation
  • Developed Design & Presentation, Planning Applications, and Planning Compliance reviews
  • Detailed design, Building Control Applications, and liaison with BC Officials
  • Tender drawings, Contract Administration, and Construction

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • BSc Hons in Architectural Technology or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience
  • Strong knowledge of Planning & Building Regulations, Auto CAD essential, Revit & BIM knowledge a plus but not essential, Sketch Up proficiency a plus but not necessary
  • Experience preparing and submitting Fire Safety Certificate Applications & Disabled Access Certificates is a benefit but not a requirement
