Due to continued growth and new projects, we are looking for anexperienced Building Surveyor / Architectural Technologistto join our busy practice inCarrickmacross, Co. Monaghan.
About the Role: This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with aminimum of 3 years' post-qualification experiencein a similar role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for: PreparingPlanning Applications, Fire Safety Applications, and Disability Access Applications for domestic and commercial clients.
Conductingdetailed pre-purchase property inspections and preparing condition reports for domestic and commercial properties.
Developingconstruction details, tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
Collaboratingon-site as needed, ensuring compliance with regulations and project requirements.
Requirements: Honours Degree in a relevant field.
Strong proficiency inAutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and BCMS software.
Excellent knowledge ofBuilding Regulations, Planning Legislation, and Building Control requirements.
Afull, clean driving licenceand access to your own transport.
On-site experience is an advantage.
What We Offer: Competitive salaryin the region of€45,000 €55,000, depending on experience.
Flexible working options, including a4-day week.
