Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Solutions Architect to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical/business consulting, software engineering, sales/pre-sales, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with sales teams as the technical and payments domain expert of a client-facing team.
  • Leading discovery meetings to understand user's business priorities and challenges and prescribing solutions that solve their most pressing needs.
  • Building relationships with key decision makers, business owners, and founders rapidly.
  • Demonstrating end-to-end solutions to showcase unique business value and differentiators.
  • Answering product features and technical questions from customers.
  • Clearly differentiating products and services and providing user references to highlight value add to their business.
  • Providing feedback about product enhancements that can address customer needs and provide additional value.
  • Sharing and learning best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Architects to enhance quality and efficiency of the team.
  • Staying current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Supporting marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Requirements include:

  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Math, or equivalent with ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
  • 1-3 years post college work experience in technical/business consulting, software engineering, sales/pre-sales.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrate products virtually and in person.
  • Be able to work with users to solve challenging problems and simplify/explain hard, complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Curious, self-starter who likes to be challenged and deal with ambiguity and willing to learn new technologies and business processes.
  • Highly motivated and optimistic, organized, and have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred requirements include knowledge of Application Programming Interface (API), one programming language like Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js, C#, or C++, or interest to learn a programming language and experience of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
