**Commercial Underwriting Leadership Role**\

The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of underwriters and support staff, overseeing the day-to-day running of the commercial department. They will be responsible for managing broker relationships, ensuring compliance and audit processes are met, and chairing weekly underwriting meetings.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience in product development, renewal retention, and broker analysis, as well as strong technical knowledge and commercially aware leadership skills.
