Transformative Change Agent Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Change Management Consultant to spearhead a 12-month contract project. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, refining, and implementing a comprehensive change management methodology tailored to the organization's needs.

  • Develop and integrate change management tools and frameworks to support various organizational initiatives.
  • Ensure effective deployment of change management tools across departments, providing guidance on best practices for tool usage and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and facilitate a Community of Practice (CoP) for change management practitioners within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in developing and implementing change management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong background in Organizational Development and Change Management practices.
  • Exceptional facilitation and training skills, with experience in 'train-the-trainer' programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture a Community of Practice.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable.
