About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to join our operations team. The successful candidate will oversee planning, coordination, and management of materials to ensure an efficient supply chain. This role involves stock accuracy, supplier coordination, inbound and outbound logistics, and quality control while streamlining processes to optimize product availability.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage stock checks, purchase orders, and stock accuracy to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Coordinate goods-in processes for timely material receipt.
  • Work closely with suppliers for PO approvals and supplier collaborations.
  • Monitor and manage in-transit shipments and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure efficient picking, packing, and courier labelling processes.
  • Handle samples and returns for quality assurance.
New Product Launch & Website Maintenance:
  • Support new product introduction and launches from a product setup, configuration, and materials planning perspective.
  • Manage website products.
  • Ensure product updates on the website for product maintenance.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Track Key Performance Indicators related to stock levels, supplier performance, and order fulfillment.
  • Utilize ERP system for data management and reporting.
  • Participate in daily meetings to communicate key updates on inventory management.
  • Identify and resolve product quality issues by coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Conduct quality checks to maintain compliance and standards.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control documentation.
General Responsibilities:
  • Assist in monthly billing processes related to material supply.
  • Provide training to new team members within Operations.
  • Set up IT support for new joiners.
  • Manage the supplier mailbox to handle inquiries and issues.
  • Act as point of cover for the customer support mailbox when required.
