A key role in our pharmacy team is available for a Support Pharmacist who will be the face of our pharmacy in Westmeath, interacting with customers daily and building strong relationships to ensure their healthcare needs are met.

About the Role

As a vital member of our staff, you will receive prescriptions, record them accurately, and assemble items as needed, ensuring that receipts are issued promptly. You will also provide guidance on medicines and serve customers over the counter.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prescription Management: Receive, record, and assemble prescriptions while issuing receipts when necessary.
  2. Medicine Guidance: Advise on, recommend, and serve customers over the counter medicines.
  3. Error Resolution: Ensure any errors or safety issues are recorded and resolved promptly.
Requirements

To excel in this position, you must be registered with the PSI, possess a genuine passion for customer interaction and meeting customer needs, be a personable communicator with the ability to build rapport with customers, and have a commitment to delivering excellent customer care in a community-based pharmacy setting.
