Software Test Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Test Engineer to join our agile team focused on delivering cutting-edge payment solutions through our Payment Gateway Service.

This role is ideal for a Software Test Engineer eager to make an immediate impact on a rapidly growing platform.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive quality strategies, including integration and functional testing.
  • Review project timelines, focusing on test plans and acceptance criteria.
  • Design and maintain test automation frameworks, tools, and test suites.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to embed quality and testing standards throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Build robust test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools such as Playwright.
Key Qualifications
  • Experience in debugging and testing UI and Java/JVM-based applications.
  • Proficiency with modern quality engineering and test automation tools (e.g., JUnit, Jenkins, Selenium, TestNG, JMeter).
  • Strong background in creating test automation scripts from scratch using OOP languages and frameworks like Selenium.
  • Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
  • Experience testing web applications built with technologies like JavaScript, Angular, or jQuery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to create effective acceptance and integration test automation scripts, integrating them with continuous integration systems like Jenkins or Bamboo, and utilizing code coverage tools like Sonar or Clover.
  • Exposure to performance engineering requirements is beneficial.
  • Experience testing cloud applications is desirable.
  • Familiarity with developing Java-based web services is advantageous but not required.
