Job Description

Your new role will involve working with a leading architectural practice that has over 20 years of experience in the field.

  • As Architectural Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and diverse projects, collaborate with talented and friendly colleagues, and develop your skills and knowledge.
  • You will also have the chance to make a positive impact on the built environment by contributing to the design and delivery of various projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the technical team, job-led roles on various projects, and developing sketch/conceptual designs under senior guidance.

In addition, you will be expected to lead BIM/Revit projects through the detailed design stages, demonstrating strengths post-planning through technical packages, coordination, delivery, and on-site project stages.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Technical drawings, specifications, and schedules using Revit, aligning with project standards and schedules
  • Ensuring all designs adhere to standards and are constructible
  • Collaborating with the Project Manager/Contract Administrator and conducting site visits to provide construction and technical support
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Revit and other Autodesk software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
