Product Innovation Manager

The Product Innovation Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Energy Storage Systems segment. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic commercial activities, including engaging with customers and ecosystem partners to build world-class relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing, with experience in articulating and presenting concepts to customers and uncovering their needs. They will possess excellent communication skills, be a confident speaker, and have the ability to meet schedules.
We are seeking a self-motivated, thorough, and driven professional who is able to work in a dynamic environment and embrace change. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving market share, and delivering business results.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic commercial activities to drive revenue growth and improve market share
- Engage with customers and ecosystem partners to build world-class relationships
- Articulate and present product concepts to customers and uncover their needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- 8+ years' industry experience in an engineering role, with 2+ years' experience in a strategic and/or product marketing role in the semiconductor or energy industry
- Experience working in the Energy industry, with knowledge of Batteries and Energy Storage Systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to travel for customer and partner meetings as required
