Job Title: Assistant Director of Nursing Services

This is a permanent whole-time position in the Older Persons services. We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to fill this role.

  • The ideal candidate will have depth and breadth of experience in Older Persons care, as relevant to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective Older Persons care strategies and programs.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive Older Persons care services.

Ensure that all Older Persons care services are delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Older Persons care services.

Make recommendations for improvements to Older Persons care services.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess a strong educational background in nursing or a related field.

They must also have significant experience in Older Persons care, including experience in developing and implementing care strategies and programs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
