Scientist Role

We are seeking a talented Scientist to join our Research & Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the development of innovative solutions that transform lives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical sciences and excellent laboratory skills. They will be responsible for supporting drug development through the application of analytical methodologies, including method development, validation, and transfer.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply analytical techniques to characterize drug substances and products.
  • Perform laboratory work in support of analytical testing.
  • Test and release raw materials and intermediates, documenting experimental results.
  • Provide IPC support for plant operations.
  • Effectively interact with project team members, present data, and review critical data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry or biology, with 2 years of experience in a GMP lab environment or academic/industrial research lab.
  • Ability to meet project milestones, manage expectations, and ensure delivery of technology/data/documents.
  • Experience in problem-solving, instrument troubleshooting, and oral/written communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, analytical method development, or regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of chromatography techniques (HPLC, GC, HPLC-MS) or vibrational spectroscopy (NIR, IR, Raman, UV-Vis).
