Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive yield, reduce defects, and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.
  • Provide technical support to ensure smooth production operations.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of Level 7 bachelor's degree required in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Electronics & Biomedical Engineering or related discipline preferred.
  • Experience in a Manufacturing/Engineering operations environment in MedTech is preferred.
  • Strong Technical Engineering knowledge and problem-solving skills.
