The Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide on-site and remote support, ensuring minimal downtime across key systems and infrastructure.

  • Supporting approximately 150 users via helpdesk and face-to-face assistance.
  • Managing IT assets, onboarding/offboarding, and device setup.
  • Troubleshooting hardware/software issues (Windows, Office, VOIP, warehouse devices).
  • Assisting with deployments, upgrades, and IT projects.
  • Maintaining compliance with IT security and company policies.
  • Occasional out-of-hours support.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong interest in IT with good problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office.
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting and support desk systems.
  • IT certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL) desirable.
  • Exposure to Windows Server, VOIP, and warehouse devices an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to train non-IT users.
  • Own transport and full driving licence required.
