Overview

Access Talent Group is partnering with a highly regarded engineering consultancy in Ireland that is seeking a Civil CAD Technician to join their growing civil engineering team in either Dublin or Limerick.

This consultancy is recognised for delivering innovative, sustainable design solutions across a range of infrastructure and public realm projects. They provide a supportive and collaborative work environment where technicians can work on meaningful assignments, develop their skills, and contribute to impactful engineering outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to prepare detailed drawing packages for planning and construction stages.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards and support the efficient delivery of civil engineering design projects.
  • Contribute to the production of high-quality civil drawings and models as part of civil infrastructure schemes.
Requirements
  • Qualification in CAD, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience as a CAD Technician in a civil engineering or consultancy setting.
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience is a plus.
  • Sound understanding of civil engineering design principles and drawing standards.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented approach with the ability to meet project deadlines.
