Senior Software Engineering Lead

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Custom Development Manager to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of bespoke software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee custom software development projects across multiple departments and teams.
- Collaborate directly with customers and internal stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements.
- Translate customer needs into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered using up-to-date development methodologies.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor developers as needed.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Assess and implement tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development efficiency and quality.
Solutions should be robust, secure, scalable, and meet defined quality standards. Risks, troubleshoot issues, and resolve blockers must be managed.
A degree in Computer Science or related field is required. Project management certifications (e.g., Agile) and experience in software development, managing or leading development teams or projects, are necessary.
A strong understanding of modern development practices and excellent communication skills are also required.
Familiarity with source control (e.g., Git), issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira), and development pipelines is highly desirable.
