Job Overview

As a seasoned project management leader, you have the opportunity to make a significant impact in Ireland's sustainability targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead a strategic project delivery function, aligning with organisational goals and implementing scalable frameworks.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring robust planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and manage long-term programmes, monitoring expenditures, and maintaining integrated resource plans.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and governance.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Define and manage key performance indicators for project delivery and provide regular reports to senior executives.
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field; professional certification desirable.
  • Minimum 10+ years in project and programme management, with proven leadership and budget management experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commitment to safety, sustainability, and quality in all project activities.
