Project Manager Role

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, including defining scope, objectives, detailed plans, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved on schedule.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, escalating where necessary and developing contingency plans.

Reporting, Communication, and Coalition Building:

  • Drive reporting across multiple teams, working closely with colleagues to gather, consolidate, and validate project data.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations for senior leadership, reflecting progress, risks, and impact of strategic initiatives.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work closely with senior leaders to ensure project activities align with organisational priorities and strategic goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and beneficiaries to promote collaboration and successful delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' project management experience in a complex or multi-team organisation.
  • Recognised project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP).
  • Proven success in delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
