Job Title: Entertainment Partnerships Manager

Join us for a challenging opportunity as an Entertainment Partnerships Manager. In this pivotal role, you will lead Diageo's collaboration with entertainment partners across various channels, amplifying brand visibility and driving consumer engagement.

About the Role

You will work in the Partnerships team within the Marketing function, reporting to the Brand Experience Lead. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing partnership strategies that align with Diageo's brand objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and present with impact.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with Diageo's brand objectives across our event portfolio.
  • Commercial Planning: Collaborate with commercial teams to enhance execution in and around venues and events.
  • Contractual Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of the entertainment partnerships across all activation platforms, including events and venues.
  • Event Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring Diageo's presence is consistent, impactful, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with entertainment partnerships, venue operators, event organisers, agencies, and procurement partners.
  • Brand Activation: Design and manage brand activations, including promotional campaigns, product placements, and experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Ticketing and Hospitality Management: Lead the management of ticket allocations and distribution for events, ensuring seamless coordination with internal collaborators and partners to maximise value and access.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for partnership activities, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience: Proven experience in partnership management, event coordination, or marketing within the entertainment or FMCG sectors.
  • Leadership capabilities: Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and present with impact.
  • Analytical approach: Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and drive performance-based decisions.
  • Creative problem-solving: Creative problem solver with a passion for developing innovative brand experiences.
  • Organisational skills: Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
