About the Role:

Seeking a Mechanical Site Supervisor to oversee mechanical installations and maintenance work on Dublin-based projects.

Join highly reputable M&E Contractors working on major data centre, pharma and HSE projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily site operations efficiently.
  • Manage construction standards and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular safety briefings.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to the mechanical team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Advanced craft certificate or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in construction, focusing on mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical distribution.
  • Experience with sustainable and energy-efficient HVAC solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.
