About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Analog/RF Design Engineer to lead our world-class IC development team working on cutting-edge UWB products.

This is a senior individual contributor role with significant influence over architecture and implementation, supporting products used in mobile, automotive, IoT, industrial, and consumer applications.

You will take ownership of PLL design at both the system and circuit level, developing solutions that operate up to 20GHz and meet stringent performance, power, and area requirements.

  • Lead the design, modeling, and verification of high-performance PLLs, including fractional-N/integer-N architectures, VCOs, loop filters, and dividers.
  • Collaborate closely with system architects to define PLL performance targets and integration strategies.
  • Work with layout engineers to ensure robust, low-noise physical implementation.
  • Produce high-quality behavioral models (Verilog-A/AMS) for system integration and top-level verification.
  • Contribute to the design of supporting analog/RF blocks (e.g. LNA, PA, bandgap, ADC/DAC, mixers, etc.).
  • Participate in chip bring-up, lab validation, and debug alongside test and characterization teams.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and support knowledge sharing across the design group.
Requirements & Qualifications

A Master's or PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).

No less than 10 years' experience in analog/RF IC design, with a focus on PLL development.

A proven ability to design PLLs from concept to silicon, including deep understanding of system-level trade-offs (jitter, phase noise, lock time, etc.).

Expertise in Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, and behavioral modeling in Verilog-A/AMS.

Experience working in advanced CMOS nodes (40nm and below).

A solid grasp of RF systems and analog mixed-signal design practices, including DFT and design reviews.

Strong communication and documentation skills.
