About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Leinster. As a key member of our service team, you will play a vital role in supporting customers by diagnosing and rectifying faults on Forklift Trucks (FLTs).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with FLTs in a timely manner to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders to provide professional support and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure our ERP system is up-to-date at all times.
  • Liaise with management for authorization of parts and process order numbers as required.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety and Environmental guidelines.
Key Requirements:
  • A strong background in mechanical and electrical disciplines.
  • Experience working with Forklifts, Automotive or related industries.
  • Demonstrable troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft products.
